Maude A. Field, upon her death, provided that the bulk of
the income of the property constituting her estate be set aside for
student loans for persons attending college. The applicant must be
under the age of 26 years old, have a home in Williams County, ND, must be
a graduate of an accredited high school in Williams County, ND, complete
repayment must be made within ten years after completion of the
college education. The student must have attended at least one
quarter or semester at an institution of higher learning. |
