| In the interest of providing further educational opportunities to area youth, Missouri Valley Communications Inc., is offering scholarships to high school, college/university or non-traditional students in its respective service areas. (Non-traditional students are defined as adults continuing their education after being out of school for several years) Students, or their immediate family members (i.e. parents) must have phone service with Missouri Valley Communications, Inc. | ||
