Reciprocity Form

The Minnesota/North Dakota tuition reciprocity application offers students the opportunity to attend undergraduate or a graduate program at the University of Minnesota campuses, Minnesota State University System, Minnesota Community College System or the Minnesota Technical College System the Minnesota resident rate based on the program of instruction at the institution attended.  The final tuition reciprocity rates cannot be set until both states have  finalized their resident rates. This is estimated to happen late summer. The deadline is the last day of classes at the institution the student is or will be attending in the term benefits are required.  (If you wish to participate in the program for the entire academic year, your application must be correctly completed and postmarked by the last day of scheduled classes in the fall term at the institution you are or will be attending)
