| This scholarship places emphasis on why water development is necessary for economic development and for quality of life in ND. It provides scholarships to ND students whose family has taken an active role in state water resource management. Scholarship recipients must attend a ND college or university and preference will be given to, but is not limited to, students studying water-related fields | ||
