History -Frank A. Wenstrom and M. Esther Pickett were married in
Carrington in 1938 and moved to Williston shortly thereafter. While
they had no children, the Wenstroms have always been interested in
education and youth. They established the Wenstrom Foundation for
the awarding of college scholarships to graduates of high schools located
in Williams County and Carrington. |
