BENEFIT PACKAGE

PAID LEAVE:

Sick Leave     10 days per contract year, cumulative indefinitely.
Emergency Leave 5 days per contract year, non-cumulative.
Personal Leave 2 days per contract year, cumulative to 5 days.
Vacation Leave As per negotiations.
Holidays Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Veteran’s Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th.
If the holiday falls on a non-work day, ie Sat. & Sun., the holiday will be observed on the closest work day.

MEDICAL INSURANCE:

Each full-time administrator shall be entitled to medical insurance with the premium paid based on the following schedule:

9/03 thru 8/04 Premium  District  Employee Deduction
Single  $245.89 $159.82 $ 86.07 $ 114.76
Family  $606.72 $394.36 $212.36 $ 283.15


Williston School Dist #1 only deducts for insurance from Sept thru May, or 9 months.
Part-time administrators will be entitled to their FTE percentage of a single plan. 
For example, a 71% FTE administrator would receive a health benefit of $96.63 and be personally responsible for the remainder.

LIFE INSURANCE:

Each full-time administrator shall be entitled to a $50,000. Term and AD&D policy paid by the employer.

RETIREMENT:

The employer will contribute to the ND Teachers Fund for Retirement , 15.50% of the employee’s retirement salary each month. 
Retirement salary is calculated by dividing the contract salary by .9225.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT:

Each teacher is entitled to reimbursement of tuition up to $100.00 per fiscal year, July 1 thru June 30.
