PAID LEAVE:
Sick Leave     10 days per year as of July 1, cumulative indefinitely. Prorated on start date.
Emergency Leave 5 days per year as of July 1, non-cumulative. Prorated on start date.
Personal Leave 2 days per year as of July 1, cumulative to 5 days. Prorated on start date.
Holidays Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Veteran’s Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day.
If the holiday falls on a non-work day, ie Sat. & Sun., the holiday will be observed on the closest work day.
RETIREMENT:

The employer will contribute to the ND Public Employee’s Retirement System, 9.12% of the employee’s salary each month.
