Vision
The Williston Community takes pride in being a family of respectful, responsible, enthusiastic, life-long learners. We are committed to develop each individual's talents and capabilities to the fullest.

Mission
Through positive instruction and community leadership, students of Williston Public School District #1 will be people of sound character. Our students will be self-directed, with highly developed academic, communication, and life skills, empowering them to become productive, responsible, and contributing members of society.

Belief Statement
We believe everyone at Hagan School should be safe, responsible, respectful, and have fun!

SMART Goals
1-Assessment: Hagan Elementary staff will work together to analyze student data to improve the learning and achievement of students.

2-Literacy: By the Fall of 2008, 88% of all students in Gr.3-6 will be proficient or advanced in literacy as evidenced by NDSA and other assessments.

4-NDSA: All students in grades 3-6 will be proficient or advanced in the areas of reading and math on the NDSA assessment
